An Ideal Hybrid Presentation

Edison Partners’ held their annual meeting in a hybrid format. They wanted to host a small and socially distanced audience in the ballroom while most guests tuned in online.

We provided lighting, drapery, displays, microphones, and a sound system for their meeting. We worked with their video team to produce a crisp live stream and share video with guests in the room.

They may have had their own video team, but we can also provide cameras and all of the technical expertise needed for a seamless meeting experience.

When First Church of Christ, Scientist needed equipment set up for virtual services during the coronavirus pandemic, they knew they could count on our expertise and inventory.

We provided a PTZ camera, portable sound system, and other necessary items to connect their laptop and stream services to members of their congregation.

First Church of Christ, Scientist also calls us whenever they need projectors, screens, and other audiovisual equipment for their presentations.

Creating an engaging meeting:

We frequently collaborate with other event providers to support their live productions. For this event, we supplied a range of lighting and audiovisual services, including a large dual projection system.

The LED uplights not only work to beautify the space- they also serves a practical purpose on camera! Adding a splash of color behind a lounge setup like this helps to create depth and dimension for live video feeds.

SAP America Annual Holiday Party

SAP America's Annual Holiday Party

For over ten years, SAP has called on DFX to enhance their annual holiday party with lighting, audio, and other services.

SAP America holds their holiday party each year at their North America headquarters, located in Newtown Square, PA. The spacious atrium, first floor hallways, cafeteria, and several floors of meeting spaces are seamlessly transformed by our designers and technicians to create a festive space fit for the ocassion.

In 2019 we experimented with unique outdoor lighting on the adjacent parking garage’s wall and provided innovative full-color LED string lighting to the first floor hallway.

We also set up a professional quality stage in what would normally be their cafeteria, complete with a sound system and lighting to cover a live band and throngs of dancing guests.

Party at Grounds for Sculpture

A “Casino Royale” holiday party:

A local business planning their annual holiday party at Grounds for Sculpture decided on a casino theme, complete with ostrich feather centerpieces, gaming tables, and a live jazz band. They contacted us to provide additional decorative touches to further elevate the experience and to support their band.

To support their vision, our event production team provided a stage with a backdrop and lighting for the band, as well as casino themed gobo patterns that were projected on the walls.

We also placed dozens of red and gold uplights around the space to highlight the gallery’s installed art and create a warm glow for their holiday party at Grounds for Sculpture.
