Mercer County Community College - West Windsor, NJ

DFX was recently called upon to help Mercer County Community College in West Windsor NJ provide live streaming capabilities for 34 locations throughout the campus.

We chose to lead with PTZOptics PT30X-NDI broadcast camera for the ability to output 1080p via NDI IP protocol, which provides low latency access to audio and video devices anywhere on the network. Some of locations that received these cameras are the Baseball/Softball/Soccer fields, The Kelsey Theater, the gymnasium, the Conference Center, and the Ornamental Horticulture Greenhouse.

We also provided some custom camera mounts for the more challenging outdoor locations. Viewers can access the live stream via IP address and experience high definition video and audio from the safety and comfort of their home.

Our Town Alley – East Norriton, PA

Our Town Alley - East Norriton, PA

Formerly known as Facenda Whitaker Lanes, Our Town Alley has spent the last few years updating its offerings, including one of the most immersive lighting systems you’ll ever see!

The cap lighting, VersaLamps and projection system for this project was sold and installed by Bowlers’ Supply and ZOT Colorsplash. We provided pin deck lighting and programming for the entire lighting system.

When combined, our Versa fixtures become the only system on the market that provides continuous effects over all three levels (caps, pin decks and overhead lighting). This means effects can be programmed to sync up, further enhancing guest experience.

A Fully Integrated Fun Center:

Our Systems Integration Team designed and installed a seamless system to engage and entertain the patrons of Sun Mountain Fun Center. We provided audio and video services through the entire facility and a range of lighting effects for their bowling area.

Over a dozen 55″ – 86″ displays were integrated into key areas, while nine LED projectors complimented US Bowling’s lane masking system.

This project featured innovative DFX products. Pin deck, lane caps, and overhead VersaLamps work to deliver a dynamic and custom-programmable lighting experience, while some additional lighting effects add movement and color to the design.

JBL Professional speakers offer great sound coverage without creating excessive noise. Wireless microphones, zone control, and paging systems were also integrated.

Touchscreen controls placed in convenient locations throughout the building with custom Crestron programming make operating this system a breeze.

Featuring 24 open lanes, 4 private lanes, laser tag, and other entertainment, 814 Lanes and Games brings hours of engaging fun to Pennsylvania! DFX supplied audio and video equipment throughout the facility, as well as VersaLamps over bowling lanes and laser tag areas.

The lighting in all areas features custom programming easily controlled from touch screens, while the laser tag lighting system is tied in with game controls for interactive special effects! We also supplied thick black drapery to divide the main bowling area from the private VIP lanes.

Helping Studio 41b deliver immersive experiences for "Halo: Outpost Discovery" national tour.

When Studio 41b collaborated with 343 Industries to provide an escape room and other experiences for the nationally touring “Halo: Outpost Discovery” event, they called on DFX to integrate dynamic lighting, audio, and video effects.

Built within a shipping container, the Covenant escape room experience was assembled almost entirely from laser cut pieces of wood!

Each piece was expertly designed and painted in rich textured finishes- when paired with our programmable lighting strips it became a wholle transformative experience.
